Most decor items ship within 2-3 business days. For larger furniture pieces, please allow 7-14 business days for specialized freight handling and delivery to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Trade Star ships to all 50 states and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations in the near future.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unassembled. Please note that custom-made or upholstered items are final sale.
Are the materials used in your products sustainably sourced?
At Trade Star, we prioritize sustainability. Over 70% of our wooden furniture is crafted from FSC-certified timber, and we actively partner with artisans who use eco-friendly manufacturing processes.

How can I track my order?
